Emzeal Holding is a family-owned group of companies based in Cologne. It founds companies, equips them and stays responsible for their day-to-day management – not as a financier, but as an owner.
What the holding does
Capital, structure and administration sit with the holding. The companies run their own business. That separation is the reason every company in the group has to carry itself and is not financed out of another company’s till.

Services in the circular economy – for event organisers and for companies in retail and industry.
Services for law firms
Purpose-built applications and staff for law firms, supplied by one of the group’s companies under section 43e BRAO. Legal advice is given by the firms themselves.

One business, built up, run and sold. The first completed chapter of the group.
